Prima Wohnumgebung mit vielen Geschäften, auch Bio- und Öko-Läden, Bars und Restaurants. Enge Strassen, kaum Autoverkehr. Fussläufig zur U-Bahn. Wir fanden es richtig Klasse.

This was a great little apartment; perfect for our stay. Lots of charm and a great location! We especially loved the terrace. The WiFi went down a few times but our host was very attentive and responsive and took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Dani's Flat is fantastic and we had a wonderful time in this great city. Dani prepared some instructions so we immediatly knew how everything in the appartment worked and where we could go for dinner and shopping etc... Great host all the way!

Appartement très agréable, propre avec tout le confort. Pas de mauvaises surprises. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse idéal pour commencer la journée. Quartier calme à 5 minutes de la station de métro Diagonal, et très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Seule remarque si vous venez avec des ados le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien :)

Siamo stati a Barcellona i primi giorni di maggio e abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento. È' esattamente come lo descrivono le foto e se posso aggiungere direi anche meglio....ristrutturato probabilmente da poco mantiene un gusto classico seppure con accessori moderni. Dispone di tutte le comodità, ben accessoriato e situato in posizione eccellente. Comodo a diverse attrazioni, supermercati e quant'altro ma allo stesso tempo ubicato in zona tranquilla. Ringrazio inoltre il proprietario per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata. Mio marito e mio figlio concordano di ritornare ad alloggiare qui alla prossima occasione di visita a Barcellona! Che dire: consigliatissimo!!!!!

Our host's colleague was waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived and was able to show us in and gave us a tour of the rooms, she was very helpful and explained everything to us. The flat is exactly as described and lives up to the photos, it was lovely! Really spacious and more than enough room for the three of us. The flat is a walk away from all the major sights in Barcelona and really close to metro and bus stations if needed. The neighbourhood was great, lots of bars and restaurants, and supermarkets nearby but not at all loud at night. Facilities in the flat are great, wifi is excellent and the terrace is really nice. We also especially liked the bathroom, very clean and modern! Our host was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and allowed us to stay a few extra hours which was really nice. I could not recommend staying here enough! Location, nearby amenities, and the flat itself are all excellent!

Bel appartement entièrement climatisé et fonctionnel. A 5 minutes à pieds du métro et de Passeig de Gracia. Idéalement situé pour visiter Barcelone sans voiture. Très bonne communication avec Dani. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. A bientôt

A very good apartment with everything we wanted in working order. Perhaps not the most informative of initial 'greeting' but once we realised we couldn't light the pilot light for hot water because the gas wasn't on it was fine.

Loved my stay, and Dani was an amazing host! The apartment is in a cute local neighborhood, 2min walk away from several bars and restaurants. Its prime location is literally a 20 min walk away from all barcelona's major sites and attractions. The flat itself is super spacious, modern and has a cute terrace perfect for relaxing after touring the city.

Hallo Dani das waren sehr angenehme tage in deiner wohnung. Die terrasse war ein grosses plus. Das viertel hat noch persönlichen charakter. Nachts haben wir ruhig schlafen können und auf unseren spaziergängen war auch das zentrum gut erreichbar. Vielen dank Susanne und Matthias

Très beau logement, bien situé pour rayonner dans Barcelone. Parking à proximité. Par contre, le signal TV est quasi inexistant. Réseau WIFI très faible. Dani et son équipe sont très réactifs (notamment pour résoudre un problème d'eau chaude).

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es eine schöne Markthalle, kleine Geschäfte, Bars und mehere schöne Plätze. Eigentlich muss man das Viertel garnicht verlassen. Die Kommunikation mit Dani und die Wohnungsübergabe durch Andrea war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Leider funktionierte der Internetzugang nicht.

What a neat space and fabulous location. The street was pretty quiet and we were close to everything. The terrace would be better in warmer months - in April we were sad it was a bit too chilly to be on it. We enjoyed the sunny space.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à l'appartement par Alex. Nous avons trouvé un appartement qui est était tout à fait conforme avec les photos qu'il y a sur le site.
Nous étions vraiment bien situé et toutes les commodités sont proches... marché, métro, café, restaurants etc...
Notre seule déception et elle est de taille est le réseau WIFI... même si Dani nous a changé le routeur 3g pour essayé de nous accommoder. Nous n'avons pour ainsi dire pas eu de connexion ( 0.2Kb/sec) difficulté à prendre des mails....
C'est vraiment dommage car sur l'annonce cela disait réseau wifi.. .et je l'ai loué aussi pour ça .. mais hélas... ( pour cette raison je donne 3 étoiles)
Pour conclure super endroit mais assurer vous d'avoir une vraie bonne connexion fournie...

Sono stata ospitata da Dani in Agosto con la mia famiglia. Già al momento della prenotazione Dani si è reso immediatamente disponibile a rispondere ai nostri dubbi e l'accoglienza arrivati in Barcellona è stata ottima. La casa, posizionata all'interno del quartiere Gracia, era fornita di tutto ciò che può servire durante una breve permanenza ad esempio piatti, bicchieri, detersivi, asciugamani ecc. Il punto di forza di questo appartamento sta proprio nel quartiere in cui è situato, non troppo distante dai punti di maggiore interesse, e allo stesso tempo si può respirare la vera vita spagnola.
